OLE is a service we provide even after your loan closes. OLE stands for Ongoing Loan Experience! We are not only committed to making sure you secure the lowest interest rate today, but we also ensure that you have the lowest interest rate for years to come. You will receive on a quarterly basis our Rate Watch Report that allows you to be rest assured that your mortgage debt is being managed by your trusted advisor and mortgage specialist.

Closing Date and Time Guarantee:
SRMG cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by the borrower(s) or parties associated with the borrower(s), including without limitation, the borrower's attorney, Realtor or other third parties chosen by the borrower(s).
Good Faith Estimate Guarantee:
Assumes and requires that all information given by the borrower(s) to SRMG is accurate and without material omission and that the borrower(s) credit profile, employment and income do not change prior to closing. In addition, we are unable to guarantee your insurance, tax, payoff numbers and other non-closing cost items, as we are not in a position to know these exact numbers prior to processing your loan.
Guarantee Agreement:
Must be signed by loan applicant and SRMG for the Guarantees to be applicable.

If We Fail to Deliver … What Happens?

If we miss on 1 element of our guarantee, we will give you $100 at closing.
If we miss on 2 elements of our guarantee, we will give you $200 at closing.
If we miss on 3 elements of our guarantee, we will give you $500 at closing.
Not only that, we would have to seriously consider staying in business if we failed on any 3 elements.
Please note: Each guarantee stands on its own and as such the borrower(s) shall receive money back for a failed guarantee one time only
